Custom RiverMist pool with slide and water features

Pools & spas

Slides, boards
and games.

The parts of the pool the kids will describe to their friends. All of it has to be planned into the design early, so here is what each one needs.

Water slides

Slides

Water slides

Straight runs, gentle curves and full corkscrews. Slides mount on the deck or tuck into a raised boulder wall so they look like part of the landscape instead of a bolt on. Every slide gets its own water feed off the equipment pad, so a quick tap sends it running.

  • Deck mounted or built into a rock and waterfall wall
  • Left or right turn to fit the shape of your yard
  • Needs a landing area of adequate depth, typically 4 ft or more
The Dolphin slide

Kid favorite

The Dolphin slide

The Dolphin is a compact, smaller scale slide made for younger swimmers, and it is the one families ask about most. Low platform, short run, gentle exit into the shallow end, which means little kids get their own version of the big slide without needing deep water.

  • Sized for toddlers through early elementary
  • Works in shallow end landings where a full slide will not fit
  • Available in colors that blend with your coping and finish
Diving boards & jump rocks

Dive boards

Diving boards & jump rocks

A diving board changes the shape of the whole pool, because diving requires a specific depth, floor slope and hopper design. That has to be decided at design, not later. If a board is not the right fit, a flat jump rock over the deep end gives the same thrill with far less footprint.

  • Diving pools need a longer deep end and a specific hopper profile
  • Board, stand and tread choices to match your decking
  • Natural jump rocks as a lower cost, softer looking alternative
Basketball & volleyball

Pool games

Basketball & volleyball

The cheapest fun per dollar in the entire build. We set brass anchor sleeves flush into the deck and shallow end floor during construction, so hoops and nets drop in for the afternoon and disappear when you want clean lines back.

  • Flush deck anchors for basketball, single or facing hoops
  • In floor sleeves for a regulation width volleyball net
  • Anchors are set during construction, so ask for them up front

Three things to decide before we dig.

Depth drives everything

Slides and boards each have minimum water depth and landing zone requirements. We lay them out on your plan before a shovel moves.

Safety first, always

Handrails, non slip treads, clear depth markers and signage come standard on every slide and board we install.

Plan the anchors early

Game anchors, slide water lines and board footings are poured in place. Adding them afterward means cutting concrete.
